Valentine's Day Paper Craft Ideas ~ Toilet Paper Rolls?

I Found this adorable idea online today , on the cutest website ever, Art Ideas Crafts

Since my DIY Toilet Paper Roll post is so popular, I thought I would share this with you . You could use red paper for Valentines Day, maybe even recycle some of those TP rolls!!

Homemade paper garland

You can decorate your home using these beautiful garlands for the Day of Valentine, birthday or any occasion.  Making these garlands is simple and fast.
To work will need:
- Stapler
- Scissors
- A ruler
- Pencil
- Double-sided colored paper
